This program should not be used for any more than 10 weeks at a time or more than 2 times a year.
The is the best way to put on mass in my opinion is to pick a mass building exercise and only do that for 6 sets for larger body parts and 4 for smaller body parts using a rep range of 6-10 and a tempo of 3-1-2.
lifting-3 secs
pause for 1 sec
lowering-2 secs
If your looking to put on mass this is the best way to put it on, i am 35 years old and have been bodybuilding for about 14 years and every one that has tried this has put on at least 8 pounds of muscle minimum.
